File Requirements

• Accepted type: text-based PDF (no image-only scans).
• Max size: 3 MB.
• Ensure the document text is selectable; scanned images will not parse correctly.

Common Issues

• Upload fails: Check size/type. Try a smaller file or export your PDF as text-based.
• Summary seems off: Very complex layouts or heavy tables may reduce accuracy.
• Missing text: If the PDF is an image scan, use OCR to convert it to selectable text first.

Best Practices

• Prefer well-structured PDFs with headings and clear sections.
• Split extremely long documents into relevant sections for more targeted summaries.
• Use the export format that matches your workflow (Markdown for notes, JSON for pipelines).
